What a great clinic! Our cousin’s 9-year-old daughter visiting from America had a foot emergency. Sarah accommodated us at short notice (on a holiday weekend) and was brilliant with her. She was professional and compassionate. I thoroughly recommend her.

Amazing clinic and podiatrist. Sarah is warm, engaging and knowledgeable. Perfect for a one off visit or as your specialist in all things foot related. I booked for me as a one off but now bringing my dad for specialist diabetic foot care.

What a wonderful warm friendly atmosphere. I made an appointment…. popped along, 2nd January 2024 where I saw Elizabeth. whilst doing some complex stuff to my toe releasing the pressure and pain I’d been suffering without causing me any additional pain. Enjoyment ? is a word that springs to mind, I am convinced that Elizabeth has “Magic Hands”… Thank you Elizabeth…and thanks to you all for a lovely visit.

I visited The Foot Clinic after being disappointed with a podiatrist in a nearby town who was recommended to me. The podiatrist I saw was Sarah, who was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and identified my problem immediately. She has a kind and caring nature and left me feeling 100% reassured that I would receive the correct treatment. We are fortunate to have such a professional foot clinic in town.

FAQ
Do I need an initial consultation?
Yes, but our treatment can begin within the first appointment!
Is there parking?
We are lucky enough to have plenty of free parking around! There are 3 bays directly outside the clinic, as well as a disabled bay to the right of us.
There are also some bigger car parks located around us.
How do we pay?
Payment via card is preferred, however we do take cash.
Unfortunately we do not accept American Express at this time.
Do I need a referral from the doctor?
No, you can come to us directly!
What should I bring to my first appointment?
This depends what you are coming in for! If you are coming in for your first appointment, we ask that you please bring a list of your current medication (if you are on any).
If you are booked in for a biomechanical assessment, we always advise to bring the footwear you are most active in.
Nail surgery clients will be advised to wear comfortable clothing, as well as sliders / flip flops for after their procedure.
Overall, we ask that you avoid wearing tights to your appointments, as they make it particularly difficult to get to your feet!
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
When you book your appointment, you are holding space in our calendar that is no longer available for other clients who may be in urgent need of treatment. If cancellation is necessary, we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full appointment fee.
To cancel, please call us on 01908969470 and leave a message if the line is busy or you are calling outside of opening hours. Alternatively, you can send us a text to 07894494482 or email (info@mk-podiatry.co.uk). If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please let us know and we will be happy to do so.
